  • Communicate with the ALCTS President on ALCTS-wide matters as needed.
  • Read the ALCTS News.
  • Join the ALCTSCentral list (alctscentral@lists.ala.org). How to join the list.
  • Division-level and section-level committee chairs, as well as interest group chairs, all have their own lists for communication. Contact ALCTS staff if you haven't been added to the appropriate list.

ALCTS New Leaders Orientation Webinar

The 2019 webinar was hosted by the ALCTS Leadership Development Committee and replaced the in-person orientation that used to be held during the Annual Conference for new ALCTS Chairs. Webinar participants: Jennifer Bowen, ALCTS President, Chris Cronin, ALCTS President-Elect, Kerry Ward, ALCTS Interim Executive Director, Julie Reese, ALCTS Deputy Director, and Laura Evans, Chair of the ALCTS Leadership Development Committee.
